MY NEW LIFESTYLE FOR 2010 (dry run lang..)

I am not really good with promises I make to myself! I know. But so what?!? I just wanna try!
While eating with mom and B2 earlier, I thought about some stuff I wanna "try" for the nth time!
And so.. (plus, somehow in preparation for Shanghai), I came up with my new list of no-no's for the next two months!! Until Shanghai that is..

  1. NO MORE SOFT DRINKS! Diabetes runs in the family!
  2. NO MORE CHOCOLATES! Health reason. Diabetes runs in the family! Ang lakas talaga!
  3. NO MORE JUNK FOOD. If I can give up the above stuff, I need to give this up too!!
  4. NO MORE MEAT. Faster way to loose weight! Plus, meat everyday is yucky!!
  5. NO MORE BOOZE. Seriously! I wanna stop my drinking habit!! wala lang! pang efek!!
And dahil may NO-No's, there are also some stuff I wanna try to do (again, until Shanghai lang)..
  1. GO TO THE GYM. I've been saying this again and again. Try lang. Beat my katamaran!
  2. EXERCISE. Again, to be less tamad! Plus, faster way to loose weight again!
  3. TRY TO WAKE UP EARLY. wala lang.
  4. BE LESS MATAKAW!! Seriously!! Everyday, every minute I'm awake, parang I wanna eat!
So, since I will be in Naga (most of the time).. and jobless.. and not to mention, out-of-school, I have asked my mom (future boss) to:
  1. ASK ME TO DO STUFF THAT WILL MAKE ME STAY AWAY FROM FOOD!
  2. GIVE ME WORK, WORK, WORK!! SO I WON'T BE THINKING OF FOOD ALL THE TIME!!
  3. REMIND ME THAT I WANNA LOOSE WEIGHT BEFORE SHANGHAI!
  4. STOP FEEDING THE PIG (READ: ME)!!
Thankfully,
  1. I have 2 months more or less before Shanghai.
  2. I will be in Naga. So I can walk around the city lang whenever I wanna go somewhere.
  3. Ate will be at home. Yey to yummy food!! So I can just ask her to cook 'healthy' food for me!!
So tomorrow (later) is my first day!! yey!! GOOD LUCK TO ME!! WISH ME LUCK 2010!!
